Place all of OSIRIS13 contents into boiling hot water, allow it to boil 5-10 mins or until contents (salts) water changes color slightly from herbs.

Allow 5-8 mins to cool, strain herbs from boil pot and pour the remaining boiled contents (herbal water) into your hot bath & ENJOY!
